By purchasing or using a SellEZ product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SellEZ provides digital selling companions designed to guide individuals and businesses through the process of selling privately.

Products include SellEZ Marketplace, Car, RV, Boat, Home and Business.

SellEZ provides structured guidance, practical information and assistance with selling activities. It does not act as a broker, agent, conveyancer or professional adviser.

Each SellEZ product is offered for a one-time purchase at the price displayed on our website.

Following successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital product and instructions for its use.

Products are reusable for the purchaser’s own selling activities. No ongoing SellEZ subscription is required.

Use of third-party AI platforms may be subject to their separate terms, availability, pricing and usage limits.

Purchasers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use their SellEZ companion.

Customers should independently verify important information and seek qualified legal, financial, technical or other professional advice where appropriate.

SellEZ does not guarantee a sale, selling price, timeframe or particular commercial outcome.

SellEZ products may operate through third-party AI platforms.

Direct Tech Pty Ltd does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their independent policies, functionality or availability.

Customers should review the applicable platform’s terms and privacy policy before uploading personal or commercially sensitive information.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Direct Tech Pty Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from customers’ independent selling decisions, third-party conduct or reliance on unverified AI-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an earlier purchase.
